I work hard for my clients and I seek creative solutions in my real estate transactions. I started my sales habit at the age of 10, selling on the streets of Manila ice pops that my mom made. I worked as a TV news reporter in the Philippines; and when I moved to Canada in 2005, I worked as a freelance reporter and as a community TV associate producer in Fredericton. The attitude of resourcefulness I have developed in my journalism career has allowed me to help hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals in the past 11 years. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both residential and commercial market. I am married to my husband Neil, now a retired military. When I am not working, my husband and I love to hike and travel. I serve the community through a local Christian church that I am a member of. Three words you can count on from me: integrity, commitment, and fun.
My desire for a better future has brought me and my family from Manila to Fredericton in 2018. My husband Rey and I have two young boys who have grown to love the city and have quickly adopted to the Canadian way of life. I have worked in the field of administration and in the area of customer service for several years. The skill set I have acquired from my work experiences proves valuable in my current role as a buyer's agent and as a licensed assistant to Josie Livingstone. You can count on me to work hard for you and to help you navigate your way through our local real estate market.
