About Josie Livingstone
I started my sales habit at the age of 10, selling ice pops my mom made, on the streets of Manila. I followed a career path in journalism, and worked as a news reporter at the biggest broadcasting network in the Philippines. The communication skills I have developed from my journalism career has helped me establish a successful business relationship with my clients.
I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. I owned and operated a cafe for two years, and I currently manage my own income property as well. With my business experience, I am able to help investors and immigrants start their own businesses in the greater Fredericton area.
I moved to Canada in 2005 to join my husband, then an active member of the Canadian armed forces, who is now retired and helps me in some aspects of the business. We live in Fredericton and when I am not working, my husband and I travel. I am a member of a local Christian church and I try to help newcomers from different parts of the world to know God through small group discussions.
Three words you can count on from me: integrity, commitment, and fun.
